Haruhito is the Co-Founder and CEO of Salzworth.
Before founding Salzworth, he was the Executive Director of Marcuard Heritage Singapore Pte Ltd, a Swiss multi family office. He was instrumental in building up their European and Asian clientele base which comprised of a global network of asset managers, distribution partners and legal & tax specialists. Prior to that, he held various positions for a span of 10 years in Deutsche Bank. From it, he gained extensive experience in various Asian markets such as India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Thailand, The Philippines and Taiwan.
Haruhito Imakoji is fluent in English, German and Japanese and holds a Masters in Social and Economic Science from the University of Vienna, Austria, and has been accredited as a Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) by STEP and as a Financial Industry Certified Professional (FICP) by Singapore’s Institute of Banking and Finance. As the main driver of Salzworth, Haruhito’s vision is to steer the company to establish multi asset class portfolios and funds that seek to achieve steady returns for investors.

John has more than 20 years of experience in providing multi-tiered services in the areas of fiduciary, tax, accounting, trust and asset management. His network includes ultra high networth individuals and families, corporations and conglomerates from ASEAN countries.
As a trained lawyer, John has been intimately involved in the set-up and implementation of his clients’ structures, often being able to value add beyond the original mandate.
John’s pride is seeing many working relationships with clients transforming into close friendships. Sharing same vision with his partners and teammates, he aims to bring safe investments with good alpha returns to investors.

An award winning fund, Salzworth Global Currency Fund trades the G10-currency universe, capturing global price action opportunities. The Fund runs a conservative technical strategy that seeks stable capital appreciation in the mid to long term, with a low-correlation to the performance of traditional asset classes.
Salzworth Global Currency Fund has won the Singapore Young Entrepreneurs Award 2021 under Innovative Industrialisation and the Fund was also ranked as Top 10 Currency Trader by Barclayhedge in 2021.
Ashli manages the Global Currency Fund with her FX team at Salzworth Asset Management. Prior to the Fund’s setup, she was managing a FX R&D consultancy company and a trading prop desk. Ashli started her career in investment banking in Bank of America Merrill Lynch in Singapore and ANZ Bank in Hong Kong. With her wealth of experience, Ashli is focused on developing the Fund to deliver quality and sustainable alpha for her investors.

Since 2013, Raphael has been researching and developing scalable FX Algorithmic Trading strategies that matched global FX liquidity pools. Prior to joining Salzworth, he was leading the partnership efforts for a FX R&D consultancy company and a trading prop desk. With his wealth of experience, Raphael is focused on expanding Salzworth’s corporate and institutional partnerships. Raphael started his career at Credit Suisse, before moving to StashAway, a robo-advisor wealth platform, building up a diverse range of skill-sets from managing infrastructure systems to auditing investment algorithms.
Raphael holds a Master of Computing – Infocomm Security Specialisation at the National University of Singapore (NUS) funded by the National Cybersecurity Postgraduate Scholarship from the Singapore government and graduated with a Magna Cum Laude in BSc Information Systems Management from the Singapore Management University.

Zhi Xin has spent the last 10 years across various roles in the banking and financial services sector. Prior to joining Salzworth, she was in the Vistra Alternative Investments team leading their SEA regional business development efforts, working closely with fund managers from private equity, venture capital and hedge funds to launch new fund structures and provide fund administration solutions.
Graduated with a double degree in Economics and Business Management (Finance) from the Singapore Management University, Zhi Xin started her career at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in Singapore, where she served on their FX and Money Markets desk and was responsible for their USD and G7 balance sheet funding and liquidity analysis. She then moved on to a commodity exchange startup and led their SEA and HK business development efforts in creating a secondary marketplace for alternative investment products.
Zhi Xin is part of the Salzworth FX team and is focused on sales and business development efforts for the Salzworth Global Currency Fund.
